Cellnet2 is an independent sole-trader information service based in Leeds, UK. For privacy enquiries, email info@cellnet2.co.uk.

What we collect

When you call, we may note your query to help during the call. Your number may appear in call logs. We do not ask for passwords, PINs, one-time codes or payment details.

Call recording

Calls are recorded for quality purposes. Recordings are deleted after 14 days. Please do not give us your network account credentials or security codes.

Website data and cookies

Essential browser storage remembers your cookie choice. Google Ads conversion tags are enabled only if you accept optional cookies and after tracking identifiers have been configured. Our hosting provider processes technical connection information, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver and protect the website.

Lawful basis

We process call information to provide the service you request, on the basis of legitimate interests. Optional advertising measurement uses your consent where required.

Retention

Recordings are deleted after 14 days. Call logs and any notes are deleted within 90 days.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold, or object to processing. Email info@cellnet2.co.uk. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
